A special rate has been procured for meeting attendees in Dallas'' Oak Lawn district at the Warwick Melrose Hotel:
- $149 single/double occupancy (plus local taxes: 6% state and 9% occupancy)

Friday, October 26
- 9-12: Fair Park. Tour of this Art Deco site by Brad Hamilton, stressing art and architecture, including the Women''s Museum and the African-American Museum. Meet at the Hall of State.
- 12:15-1:45: Lunch at the Old Mill Inn.
- 2-4: Panel discussion on collecting Early Texas Art, by Michael Duty (head of Dallas Historical Society and former head of Wichita Falls Museum), David Dike of David Dike Fine Art (dealer in Texas Art), George Palmer (an originator of TACO, the Texas Art Collectors Organization, which now has groups in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and El Paso), and Kevin Vogel (head of Valley House Gallery and Sculpture Garden).
- 4:30-6: Tour of Hamon Arts Library at Southern Methodist University, conducted by Beverly Mitchell, Fine Arts and Dance Librarian.
- 6:30-9: Catered Greek dinner hosted by Gwen Dixie.
Saturday, October 27
- 9-11:30: Visit to gallery of Pam Nelson, Dallas painter and public artist and appointee to the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts. Bring your own light breakfast.
- 11:30-1:30: Depart for tour to Waxahachie; lunch en route.
- 2-3:30: Walking tour of historic downtown Waxahachie led by Margaret Culbertson.
- 3:30-5: Visit to Webb Art Gallery.
- 5-6: Transport back to Dallas.
- 7-9:30: Chapter night out in the Bishop Arts District.
Sunday, October 28
- 8-8:30: Breakfast at the Warwick Melrose Hotel (included with meeting registration).
- 8:30-11:30: Annual business meeting.
- 11:30-12:00: Group photograph; hotel check-out.
